Life is to move.  The body was made to MOVE!

Stop relating to anything that limits you.  

SIP:  Self-Inflicted Pain is not an option.  –  It’s not an option to hurt yourself doing yoga!

AnyBODY can do yoga.  –  Anyone who is currently being gifted with yet another breath can do yoga.

For every sequence you initiate, there is an equal and opposite reaction.  Newton’s Law of Force

Martin Luther King said, “If you can’t fly, then run.  If you can’t run, then walk.  If you can’t walk, then crawl.  But whatever you do, you have to move forward.”  Guruatma adds to that, If you can’t crawl, then shake.  If you can’t shake, then vibrate.  If you can’t vibrate, then RADIATE!”
